Do you offer a free meet and greet?

Yes! All new clients receive a free meet and greet before any booking. This gives us the opportunity to get to know you and your pet(s), discuss their needs and ensure were the right fit for each other. 

Are you DBS checked?

Yes, we hold an Enhanced DBS check for your peace of mind.

Can you walk un-neutered dogs?

Yes, we can walk unneutered dogs. However, we ask that owners let us know beforehand so we can ensure suitable groupings and provide the best experience for all dogs.

Can you accommodate dogs with dietary requirements or allegies?

Absolutely. Please let us know about any allergies, dietary requirements, or treats your dog should avoid. Your dog's health and safety are our priority.

What areas do you cover?

We are based in Springhead, Oldham, and cover surrounding areas. If you're unsure whether you're within our service area, please get in touch.

Can you care for nervous or reactive dogs?

Yes. We have experience working with nervous and reactive dogs and will always take a calm, patient, and tailored approach to their care.

What happens in bad weather?

Your dog's safety and wellbeing always come first. Walks may be adjusted during extreme weather conditions, but we will always communicate with owners and ensure your pet receives appropriate care and enrichment.

Do you provide updates during walks or visits?

Yes. We love keeping owners updated and regularly send photos and updates so you can see what your pet has been up to.

Are you insured?

Yes. We are fully insured with Public Liability and Employers’ Liability cover, ensuring your pet is cared for safely and responsibly at all times. This gives you complete peace of mind while your dog is in our care.
